Great!
I'm finally not as busy as I was in previous weeks. I've had some time to focus on what I want, like learning how to run the LLM locally.
Disregarding work, this week is wonderful because we have two holidays: the Lantern Festival and Valentine's Day. Additionally, Luca Doncic made his debut as a Laker this week with a win!
The Lantern Festival, or Shangyuan Festival, is a traditional Chinese celebration held on the fifteenth day of the first month in the Lunar calendar. It typically occurs in February or early March on the Gregorian calendar and marks the final day of Chinese New Year celebrations.
On this day, children traditionally go outside at night carrying paper lanterns and solving riddles written on them. However, nowadays, especially in northern regions, this practice has become rare. Instead, governments or companies create spectacular lantern displays for people to enjoy together.
I love this movie so much; I can't believe I just watched it 30 years after its release. The story unfolds through letters, revealing a love between Kobe and Otaru. At first, the mystery draws me in as I try to uncover the truth and solve the puzzle. In contrast, the latter part portrays a deep, unspoken love that is truly touching.
Even though I'm already familiar with the film's most famous line, "How are you (お元気ですか)," that scene still brings me to tears! Highly recommended!
