Gaining Self-confidence is not Easy

How is your mood this week?

BUSY! It was a hectic week filled with unresolved issues, explaining materials, and preparing for KS. I worked late almost every day. In addition, a new project is on the horizon. Year 2025 starts with a hard mode!

Did you do everything you planned this week?

Almost. I continued working on my cases, prepared slides for my presentation next week, and got ready to explain things to the customer. However, I couldn't do sports on Sunday as planned because of the rain.

Any thoughts or ideas this week?

Next week, I will be hosting a troubleshooting session to share my knowledge. As I prepare, one question keeps popping up in my mind: is it too basic for a workshop?

I realize that I may not have prepared well for this knowledge-sharing session due to my busy schedule, which also highlights my lack of self-confidence. Being relatively inexperienced in this field and lacking the expertise of those who have been with the company for years, I can't help but feel that what I offer might be too elementary for them.

However, I am certain that I have dedicated a significant amount of time and effort to my job, resulting in considerable progress. What I know now is undoubtedly an improvement from where I was three years ago. Therefore, if others find it too simplistic, that's fine. In the future, as I continue learning new things, there will be more valuable insights to share.

To building self-confidence!

Any new Movie/Show/Book/Match… this week?

Movie: Slow Train

This is a Japanese movie to celebrate the new year. As I get older, I find myself drawn to films that explore relationships between people, particularly friends and family. It's not fast-paced but rather comforting. Everyone has the right to pursue happiness on their own terms, regardless of societal norms. Whether you live alone, travel abroad, or have a same-sex partner, as long as it brings you joy, that's what matters most in life.
